We are looking for smart engineers who are excited about writing world-class applications for Google Android platform. You will be working with rest of the engineering team to design and develop internal as well as customer funded applications. We work on both iPhone and Android platforms, hired candidate will have an opportunity to guide and develop common development methodology for both platforms.
At the minimum we will expect you to have some programming experience using Java, Eclipse, SVN, and user interface design and interaction model. We are looking for experienced developers, who have successfully shipped software, but that expectation is not set in stone. If you are fired up about smartphone applications, lack relevant industry experience and can still prove your passion then please do share your resume.
Alphabet soup, which we are hoping you have mastered, includes Object Oriented concepts, JavaScript, AJAX, XHTML, CSS, XML, JSON, Apache, APIs. We expect you are also following these emerging trends - iPhone, Android, Mobile apps, App Store/Android Market, Twitter, and Facebook APIs.
Candidate should have BE/B-Tech/MCA with strong bent towards hacking and figuring out solutions to complex problems.

The Business Development Executive, working within the sales organization, will focus on developing new client relationships as well as broader business development
Responsibilities:
* Working with senior sales staff, you will develop the quarterly business development plans * Define an approach for targeting new clients and managing existing relationships * Where appropriate, develop campaigns around CRM, social enterprise, and social recruiting * Identify opportunities to cross-sell services with existing clients * Manage the full pitch process * Prepare content and subsequently organize and conduct sales webinars
Qualifications
* You will have a proven background in business development/ online marketing. * Any experience or knowledge of the social media or CRM sector would be an advantage. * You will be super passionate about your work, motivated, energetic and driven to make things happen. * You will be skilled in building relationships across all levels of stakeholder * You should have excellent communications skills - on digital media as well as in-person. * You should have active presence on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
